As an integrative therapist, I draw upon a range of approaches to support your wellbeing. My style is relational, meaning we work together, to explore what's going on beneath the surface and help you reconnect with your inner strength.

If sitting in a room feels abit too intense, my walk and talk sessions may work better for us. It combines movement and nature, and sometimes fresh air brings a new perspective.
